Hey there! I’m Raelyn.
Birth Doula
Hi everyone! I’m a birth doula, devoted wife, coffee lover, and follower of Christ. I have a heart for supporting women and families through one of life’s most beautiful seasons. It’s a true joy and honor to walk alongside mothers as they prepare for and welcome new life into the world.
My mother is a midwife, and I grew up witnessing how meaningful and supportive care can transform the birth experience. From a young age, I’ve had a deep love for children and a strong desire to walk alongside women, offering encouragement, presence, and prayer as they step into motherhood.
I’m proud to be part of a faith based doula practice, where my faith guides the way I care for each client. Whether it’s offering a reassuring word, a listening ear, or simply being present, I believe birth is not just a physical experience, but a deeply spiritual one. My goal is to create an atmosphere where you feel supported, seen, and at ease.
Outside of being a doula, I live a fulfilling life with my husband and our cat. I was born and raised in North Carolina, and I love everything about this state! I enjoy spending time at the beach, baking and cooking (especially for others!), trying out local ice cream spots, and opening our home to host friends and family. Community, connection, and hospitality are at the heart of everything I do. I also serve in the children’s ministry at my church, which has deepened my love for nurturing little lives and supporting growing families in all seasons.
I’m also a licensed Esthetician, which gives me a unique background in hands-on care, attention to detail, and holding space for women to feel rested, nurtured, and cared for which is something that naturally carries over into my doula work.
Whether you’re a first-time mom or growing your family again, my heart is to walk beside you with warmth, wisdom, and encouragement rooted in Christ. I want you to feel comfortable, confident, and completely supported as you step into this life-changing season. I would be honored to be a part of your birth story.
“Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.” — Romans 12:10
